Terms and Conditions
Policy
· The allotted waiting period for a teacher is 15 minutes. If a student does not attend within this time frame, the teacher will conclude the session, and a refund will not be granted.
· Refunds or make-up classes are available under certain circumstances, as outlined below:
· All payments must be made at least one day prior to the start date of classes or programs.
· For tutoring and one-on-one classes, students who are unable to attend a scheduled session must notify Elearn4ever at least one day in advance to get a refund if the student notifies the same day a refund will not be issued.
· For group classes, if a student is absent, neither a make-up class nor a refund will be provided.
